You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to NoovaPro. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. NoovaPro accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Each subscription plan permits a specific number of simultaneous streams as stated at the time of purchase. Unauthorized sharing or reselling of account credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are available in various durations (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) at prices listed on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes depending on your jurisdiction. NoovaPro reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the NoovaPro service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing access to the service without express written authorization
  • Recording, capturing, or archiving any content streamed through the service for commercial distribution
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or tamper with the streaming infrastructure
  • Using the service in a way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Accessing content that is geographically restricted outside of your permitted region in violation of those restrictions

6. Service Availability

NoovaPro strives to provide 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or factors beyond our control. Service availability may vary based on your internet connection speed, device compatibility, and geographic location. We recommend a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for HD streams and 50 Mbps for 4K Ultra HD content.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content available through the NoovaPro service, including channels, programs, logos, and trademarks, are the property of their respective owners. NoovaPro operates as a technology service provider and does not claim ownership over third-party broadcast content. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of any streamed content is prohibited.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to the service will continue until the expiration date of the current subscription term.

9. Termination

NoovaPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if we detect violation of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of the service. Accounts involved in unauthorized redistribution or commercial exploitation will be permanently banned.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoovaPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NoovaPro does not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

12. Privacy

Your use of the NoovaPro service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

13. Changes to Terms

NoovaPro reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
