NoovaPro provides a digital streaming service. Upon activation of your subscription, the service is immediately delivered and accessible on your devices. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are generally considered final once the service has been activated and access has been granted.
2. 48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee for first-time subscribers on qualifying plans. If you experience significant technical issues that our support team is unable to resolve within 48 hours of your initial subscription activation, you may request a full refund under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the subscription start date
- You have contacted our support team and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue
- The issue is technical in nature and not caused by your internet connection, device incompatibility, or user error
- Your account has not violated our Terms of Service
- This is your first subscription with NoovaPro
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The 48-hour satisfaction window has expired
- Renewal subscriptions or subscription upgrades
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Issues caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network configuration
- Dissatisfaction with specific content availability or channel lineup changes
- Purchases of reseller or bulk packages
- Free trial periods that were converted to paid subscriptions
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions marked as non-refundable
- Accounts that have exceeded the permitted number of simultaneous streams
4. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. You will receive a reminder notification before your subscription expires. It is your responsibility to renew your plan if you wish to continue using the service. Renewal payments are non-refundable.

7. Service Interruptions
In the event of a prolonged service outage (exceeding 72 continuous hours) that is directly attributable to NoovaPro infrastructure and affects your subscription, we may, at our discretion, offer a service extension or partial credit for the affected period. This is not a cash refund but an extension of your subscription term.
